Massive retail development to break ground in community southwest of Houston

A massive retail development in Aliana, a 2,000-acre master-planned community in Richmond southwest of Houston, is moving forward.

The first phase of The Grand at Aliana will be 200,000 square feet and will break ground in the coming weeks, according to a press release from Houston-based NewQuest Properties, which is developing the project. The development is set to open in the second quarter of 2020. (READ MORE)
